Richardson Surveying & Architecture Limited is situated in Consett, County Durham. The central location of Consett enables a wide geographic area and beyond to be easily serviced with major transport networks in close proximity. We regularly work in Newcastle, Durham and Northumberland and have several established clients in these areas.

Principal
The Managing Director is Andrew Richardson, a Chartered Building Surveyor with many years of experience in all aspects of surveying, architectural design and the construction industry.

We work with a number of practices and consultancies to offer a complete package to clients including structural design, mechanical & electrical design, interior design and planning consultancy.
